Wall Farm Lane - East Sussex
Well St Studio are working on designs for new housing on a site at Jurys Gap, a rural site located just a few hundred meters from the beach along the East Sussex Coastline.
Typologies are being developed that respond to the existing character of the small urban settlement, where the site forms a corner plot situated along the water course edge. The site is within a flood zone and the form of the building responds in elevation being raised on a plith or hidden stilts.
The houses are intended as low carbon constructions and will utilise low impact prefabricated wall system assembly.
