Well St Studio was appointed by an experienced private client in late 2021 to assist in the design and development of planning information for the refurbishment and extension of a substantial townhouse in Holland Park, inlcuding the reconfiguration of the upper ground floor to form a new kitchen and dining space, rear terrace access and new third floor balcony area.
Consent was granted in 2022 and the refurbishments carried out by the client and a preferred contractor.
