A feasibility assessment and bid proposal for a site in Enfield at the site of a set of underused and dilapidated light industrial workshop units, considering the potential use of the site for a mixed live/work development incorporating a ground floor market hall, vertical farm space, microbrewery and flexible workspaces forming a plinth and external shared space for two distinct apartment buildings above.
